One of the purposes for the After School Programme is to address educational under-achievement as a means of addressing long-term social and economical disadvantage. It is with this aim that we operate the following:
Homework Club 11+ Tutoring Computers

Homework Club
Three days per week throughout the school year, a group of children at the P4 - P6 level are given free tutoring and assistance with their daily homework. Healthy snacks and drinks are provided each day and a number of trained volunteer staff offer tutelage, with a ratio of at least one staff member to every two children.

11+ Tutoring
One or two days per week there is an extra help/tutoring class for any students in our programmes who are taking their 11+ transfer test. This class is intended to assist these students in passing their test, allowing them to avail of a Grammar school level of education, and to encourage other students to take the test.
